How can I earn Points?
How do I join the reward scheme?
That’s easy. Simply click the purple Loyalty Points button in the corner of the screen and sign up, once you have signed up you can access the account and start earning points!
How do I use my points?
You simply login to your loyalty points account and exchange the points for the voucher or offer of your choice, then it will generate you a unique discount code to use at the checkout to claim your offer.
Where can I check my rewards balance?
You can check your points balance by logging in to your account area or via the pop-up in the bottom corner of the screen. Once logged in you will see the total number of points you have to use.
Do my reward points expire?
Reward points expire after 12 months following the purchase of the order that earned them. If you have any issues please contact support@newcarmats.co.uk.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of points you can accrue. It’s good to remember that points can only be redeemed against a purchase and have no cash value.
When will reward points be added to my account?
When you successfully place a completed order, the points will be automatically be updated in your account area. This is usually done the same day but can take 1-2 days to update.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
Unfortunately not, points have no real cash value and can only be redeemed against future purchases on the New Car Mats website.
