Christmas Delivery Information
Due to the high volume of courier deliveries in the Evri network during this busy period, we recommend you order before 11pm on Tuesday 17th December for delivery before Christmas. Please see below our delivery information for before Christmas delivery:
UK Evri Track 24
Order by 11.00pm on Tuesday 17th December for delivery before Christmas.
Ireland Evri Track 48
Order by 11.00pm on Sunday 15th December for delivery before Christmas.
Orders placed from Tuesday 17th until after Christmas but before the 1st of January will continue to be produced, but delivery may take longer due to the processing in the Evri network.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our car mats are made to order, this is so that we can offer a cheaper price to our customers, it also means you get lots of options to choose from when picking a set of new car mats, and we hold less stock.
We start producing your order the working day after we receive your payment, from the start of production it typically takes 1-7 days for an order to leave our factory.
We offer 24-hour Evri delivery so you will receive your order within 3-8 working days.
Track 24
Our deliveries are made by our chosen courier, Evri. This allows us to provide a cost effective shipping method to our customers.
Once your Car Mats have been produced they will be shipped using the Track 24 service.
All deliveries are trackable and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

General Delivery Information
We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following dispatch then please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet and you need to amend your order, you may get in touch via our 'Contact us' widget which can be found on the bottom right of your screen and we can see if changes can be made.
Please Note: All times stated are estimated and are conditional on normal operating procedures. On occasion forces outside our control can disrupt those normal operating procedures, which may affect delivery time.

Additional Information
All orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will not be received until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items are being processed outside of these times, but this does not mean that has been collected by the courier, this is to indicate that your order is awaiting production or collection by the courier.
