When can I expect my order to arrive?

All our products are custom-made to your specifications, this allows us to offer a huge range of options at lower prices without having to maintain a large inventory.

Once we receive your payment, we begin production the next business day. Mats are usually made and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days and then delivered in 1-2 days based on our Tracked 24hr service.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Our deliveries are made by our chosen courier, Evri. This allows us to provide a cost effective shipping method to our customers.

We charge additional postage to the Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, passing on the additional cost from the courier. This can be seen in the checkout.

How is my order packaged?

To minimise our environmental impact, we use the least amount of packaging possible. Please keep in mind that we ship all orders in clear packaging, and the contents are visible when delivered.

How can I track my order?

My car mats are not listed?

If you have searched for you car and can't find car mats that's fit then we may still be able to help. Email us on hello@newcarmats.co.uk with your requirements and we see if we list a set of mats for you.

How often should I clean my car mats?

Maintaining the cleanliness of your floor mats is required to combat dirt build-up effectively. In case of noticeable stains or debris, it's a good idea to promptly wash your car floor mats. However, for regular upkeep, a simple cleaning routine on a weekly to monthly basis should be sufficient, taking into account the frequency of your car usage.

Do rubber floor mats reduce road noise?

Rubber car mats can actually help to absorb impact noise, making them ideal for use in high-traffic areas or areas where there is a need to reduce noise levels.

How often should you replace car mats?

Most carpet car mats are designed to last around 1-2 years depending on use and how heavy they are used. Molded vinyl and the more durable urethane mats should give you five years but it is still best to keep a lookout after the first 12 months, especially for heavy-duty use.
